Order Process

Enter Billing Information as it appears on your Statement. Please Note: There could be a delay if your billing information is inaccurate or if your billing and shipping addresses are different. As part of our Ordering Process, you will be asked to acknowledge and Agree To our Terms of Use and Policies. We suggest you familiarize yourself with our Return Policies before proceeding to Checkout. By using PayPal Express for Checkout you acknowledge and Agree to our Terms of Service.

Please review your Order before submission including address, zip codes as we do manually verify this information as part of our fraud protection and errors could result in delay of Shipping or Cancellation of Order.

When placing an Order with Four Corners USA Inc. you agree to provide accurate information including Billing/Shipping Information, Phone Contact and working E-mail. Orders placed with inaccurate information that prevents us from contacting you about your Order maybe subject to Cancellation. We will make an attempt to resend Order Confirmations if the e-mail address has an obvious typo error but will not request Approval through spam filters. Orders with E-mails that are deemed undeliverable will be Cancelled.

Orders Ship Tuesdays and Fridays via United States Postal Service (Custom Options, Watches, Watch Faces may be 2nd Shipping Day)

Using our On-Line Shopping Cart and Secure Checkout is the most expeditious, accurate and preferred method of placing an order. When placing orders On-Line, we offer the following Checkout Options:

  • Guest Checkout - We do not require you to Create an Account when placing an Order, but we certainly invite you to do so. As a Guest you will receive an Order Confirmation via e-mail as well as a Shipping Notification but you will not have access to your Order History Review online.
  • Create an Account to utilize additional features such as Wish List, maintain Shipping Information for quicker Checkout in future orders, Review Order History, Track Orders and receive our periodic Newsletters. We do not maintain any financial information in your Account History or on our databases/servers. 

Phone Orders

Effective 2/1/2016 we no longer offer payment by telephone per our PCI Compliance Credit Card Safety Standards. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Credit Cards and PayPal Payments accepted OnLine.

Payment Options

Four Corners USA OnLine accepts the following Payment Options:

  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • Discover
  • American Express
  • Debit Cards displaying the Visa/MasterCard Logo
  • PayPal Payments: We ship only to PayPal Confirmed Shipping Addresses and PayPal Customers must include a valid working email and Phone Number. If any of these issues occur and cannot be resolved via written communication within 3 days, Four Corners USA will Cancel/Refund the Order less $5 Surcharge/Processing Fee for non-compliance with Terms of Service at Four Corners USA and PayPal.) 

Lay-Away

We do not have a Lay-Away or Payment Plan Option available for your purchase. 

Gift Certificates

Buying a Gift? Not certain what to choose? Forgot an important date? or (my personal favorite) just want to surprise someone for no specific reason?

We offer Gift Certificates in denominations of your choice (minimum $20) e-mailed directly to the recipient. Gift Certificates are simple to use during Checkout and there are no fees associated with them. Gifts Certificates are not refundable and expire within 6 months of purchase. 

Order Confirmations

Order Confirmations are automatically generated after you complete your Order and sent via e-mail. Order Confirmations are typically received within a few minutes but may take a couple hours depending on server/system load.

Depending on your personal e-mail settings and/or Company/Business security filters, these notifications may end up in 'Spam Folders' or simply deleted on Company/Business servers. Feel free to Contact Us if your Order Confirmation is not received within an hour or two and we will be happy to forward a manual copy.

In-Stock Merchandise Orders Cancelled before Shipping are Subject to $10 Processing Fee which will be deducted before Refund is issued. Please contact us immediately by replying to your Order Confirmation to ensure accurate cancellation or using our 'Contact Form' and provide Name and Order #.
