When will my Order Ship?

Most all our Products are In Stock, Ready to Ship and the image shown is the exact Item you will receive. There are few exceptions to this and it will be described in the individual Product Details Listing. Our Pre-Order (when available) and Custom Order (temporarily suspended) Inlay Bands and Wedding Rings offer an approximate date when they will be available to ship. Do you have a Printed Catalog?

Since our Products are typically One of a Kind and constantly evolving, Printed Catalogs are not cost effective nor could be accurately maintained. Four Corners USA OnLine Catalog is the best resource for all current inventory and product specials.

Do You Resize Rings?

We do not resize rings. The ability to resize rings is variant depending on the style of shank, single stone, inlay and even the metal whether it is Sterling with 14K Gold and/or Gold Filled. This is a service that should be done at your local jeweler to ensure proper fit. We suggest contacting your Jeweler to ensure they can accommodate you in resizing Native American Jewelry. If needed you can provide them the URL link to the ring and/or take them an image as we offer many angles of each piece. All our rings are considered One-of-a-Kind with the exception of our Inlay Engagement Wedding Rings Sets and Inlay Band Rings which many are offered in Custom Sizes (temporarily suspended) if desired Size is not In Stock.

What is the difference between 'Pre-Order' and 'Custom Order'?

Although we offer a large inventory of sizes in various stones, shell and opal colors, our Inlay Band Rings and Wedding Engagement Ring Sets are not always available in all sizes at all times. These rings are individually handmade and we are constantly adding them to our inventory.

  • Pre-Order (when available) is when we already have placed an Order with the Silversmith for our regular Inventory. The Listing Page for Pre-Orders is very detailed with anticipated arrival date to our Studio. Pre-Order offers a wonderful opportunity for Customers to get the size rings they need (if not already 'In Stock') often without waiting the full amount of time it may take for a Custom Order.
  • Custom Orders (temporarily suspended) are a last resort opportunity for Customers who do not see their size, style, color 'In Stock' or already on Order for regular Inventory listed as a Pre-Order. The time frame it takes to make these rings in your Custom Order Size starts when you place the Order which is also expressed in each Product Detail Listing page.

Can I modify the design of your Engagement Rings?

Our Engagement Wedding Ring Sets are designed by the Silversmiths and since these Artisans offer so much consistency in their workmanship, we offer Custom Sizing (Custom Orders currently suspended) but do not offer any other type of modification such as replacing the Cubic Zirconia with other variant stones.

Why are Artisans Listed without Products?

Anytime we offer works by a new Jewelry Artisan, we enter them into our Brands Page. When their products sell, our system is designed not to 'show' jewelry selections that are Sold. Although we have a long ongoing relationship with many of our Artisans, over the course of years some have moved on to new interests, created limited jewelry or geographic changes occurred prohibiting our interaction.

Why are your Products not Rated?

Our Products are typically One of a Kind and therefore Product Ratings is mostly irrelevant as you cannot 'Rate' something you have not purchased. Once an Item is purchased it no longer shows up in our Active Inventory making this 'rating system' irrelevant to our business. We always want to hear from our Customers about their experience, however, we do not send e-mails requesting such information (the world is just filled with too many e-mails). Periodically, our Customers send us private message about their Experience and quite frankly that means so much to us as they really feel compelled to share information and go out of their way to do so.

Where do you Ship from?

Shipping only to Continental USA, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada, We maintain two private Studios with our primary business Studio location in Florida and that is typically where your purchase will ship from (in the event you are trying to estimate delivery specifically for USPS Express Service). We do travel throughout the USA as well as our Studio in Arizona and will post if the Shipping origination is different. Visit Shipping Information for Schedule, Holiday and Studio Closures.

We do not offer any type of installment or LayAway programs.

Do you Drop Ship?

We receive many requests from eBay, Amazon and various other Marketplace Sellers for 'drop shipping' our products. We are honored and sincerely appreciate your interest; however we Do Not offer any type of Drop Shipping services and all of our Inventory offered for Sale on this website (with the exception of Pre-Order and Custom Order) is in our vaults ready for immediate delivery.
