Shipping to the Continental USA, Alaska and Hawaii Tuesdays and Fridays (Holiday/Closures as noted below). All Shipping is through USPS (United States Postal Service) Insurance and Tracking Included in Rates. Any claims for non-delivery or damage (take pictures of package before opening) are filed with and paid by USPS (we will provide any backup documentation or evidence of Shipping if needed for your claim).
Regular Studio Hours are Monday thru Friday 10:00 am until 4:00 pm with the following exceptions:

Orders may be placed on-line during this period and will Ship on January 3, 2020. Customers may contact us via phone/email provided in all Order Confirmations, Shipping Notifications and Packing Slips or through our website Contact Form as e-mails/phones will be monitored during this period.
Exceptions to USPS 'Money Back Guarantee' Refund for Express Shipping Dec 22 - 24, 2018
For Priority Mail Express® shipments (1-2 day Service) mailed December 22 through December 24, the money-back guarantee applies only if the shipment was not delivered, or delivery was not attempted, within two (2) business days (does not include if recipient is unavailable at time of deliver).
Effective May 31, 2015 mandatory Signature Required on 1st Class and Priority Options has been increased to $500 and over (previously $200 and over). As a courtesy we have updated our Shipping Options to offer 'Add Signature' (anyone at the delivered address may sign) or 'Add Restricted Signature' (only addressee may sign) for Orders valued at $500 and under.
Shipping Confirmations are automatically generated and sent via e-mail including your Tracking information. Depending on your personal e-mail settings and/or Company security filters, these notifications may end up in 'Spam Folders' or simply deleted on Company/Business servers. Feel free to Contact Us if your Shipping Confirmation is not received within 24 hours of scheduled shipping day (in accordance with our Schedule) and we will be happy to forward a manual copy.
All products are 'In Stock' and 'Ready to Ship' except any customization i.e. watch strap, watch face, necklace lengths etc which may be delayed to next scheduled Shipping day.
All Domestic Shipping Charges include Insurance/Tracking (Signature Required on certain options) and are pre-paid by Customer authorizing Four Corners USA Inc. to act as Shipping Agent with limited liability.
Four Corners USA Inc. gladly accepts all major credit cards but can only ship to addresses that are verified by the issuing bank. This has to be either the actual Billing Address with the issuing bank or an "Alternate Shipping Address" that is on file with the issuing bank for that card.
For your convenience and protection, we Ship all packages (through the United States Postal Service) with Insurance/Tracking* included in the pre-paid rates for all continental USA address destinations including Alaska and Hawaii. This protects your purchase from loss or damage during shipment and reimburses* the purchase price of your merchandise (original shipping charges are not covered) through the Shipping Carrier. We take extreme care in preparing your purchase for Shipping but Liability of Loss passes to you when we pass the parcel to the Carrier.
Orders received by 2pm Eastern Time (prior to) ship Next Shipping Day. Parcels ship Tuesdays (order received by 2pm Monday) and Fridays (order received by 2pm Thursday) excluding US Postal & Studio Holidays. On Custom Orders where you choose your length on Necklaces, Watches, Watch Faces ship 2nd shipping day, please plan accordingly.
**Pre-Order and Custom Order Inlay Bands and Wedding Rings ship according to the Details in each Listing as the availability time frame varies (Custom Orders are currently suspended).
Shipping Rates are based on total dollar value of Order and includes Insurance for loss or damage during shipping through USPS for merchandise value only. Shipping Charges are not included in USPS Insurance nor paid/reimbursed by Four Corners USA, Inc. If parcel looks damaged upon arrival, take pictures before opening should a claim be necessary. We can provide additional documentation and/or images if needed for your claim.

During high volume Shipping periods and inclement or severe weather conditions, 1st Class and Priority Shipping estimated delivery may take longer than usual. Please choose appropriately (i.e. Express over Priority) during these times.
Signature is required on all Orders Valued over $500.00 and All Express Shipping - this requirement cannot be waived.
*Should a package appear damaged, you should take a picture upon receipt before opening it. If merchandise is damaged as a result, bring your package to the Post Office and file your claim. Notify us and we will assist you in the process.
**Delivery Times are estimated from the United States Postal Service and will vary depending on destination location as well as during High Volume periods such as Holidays. USPS delivers 6 days per week Monday thru Saturday.
***1st Class is typically 4-8 Days; Standard Post (to 10 days) and is only used on larger volume/heavy weight parcels over 13 oz. (typically supplies).
****Fees Charged for Express Mail Service may exceed actual Charges reimbursed by USPS for non-performance.
Any Shipping Loss or Insurance Claim is made to and paid by USPS and will be limited to amount paid by same. Four Corners USA, Inc. is held harmless in any Shipping Loss or Damage but will assist in any recovery with backup documentation, images, proof of shipment.

We currently Do Not offer Shipping outside the Continental United States, Alaska or Hawaii.
