Eight stone Sleeping Beauty Turquoise Sterling Silver Shadow Box Cuff Bracelet by Native American Navajo Wilbert Muskett Special Buy Final Sale NAC-1434. This fully stamped scallop edge raised Shadow Box Turquoise Cuff Bracelet is an exquisite example of traditional silversmithing by Wilbert Muskett sporting coveted Sleeping Beauty Turquoise that seems to pop against the oxidized darkened background. The Shadow Box is made by working with two separate pieces of Sterling Silver which allows for a hollow lighter feel to the bracelet and creates the dimensional 'shadow box' with the top layer being slightly domed. The scallop stamped edge perfectly compliments the recessed Turquoise Settings which also helps to protect the stones by being more flush on top. The handcut free form Sleeping Beauty Turquoise stone setting range from approximately 11mm to 9mm. Bracelet is stiff and cannot be adjusted. Native American Navajo Hallmark W.M. - Wilbert Muskett.

Please Note - Some sideview images appear to show markings on the inside but this is just reflection inside the cuff which is all mirror finish Sterling

The Sleeping Beauty Turquoise mine is located seven miles outside of Globe, Arizona. It is noted for its solid blue color with no matrix. The host rock is usually granite as seen in the larger cabochons and free form nuggets. Sleeping Beauty Turquoise is a favorite among the Zuni Pueblo silversmiths for use in petit point, needlepoint and inlay jewelry cutting from the center clear veins. This mine was one of the largest Turquoise producers in North America.
