This Southwest Navajo Silver Watch sports Turquoise, Orange Red Spiny, Lapis, Fire Opal, Black Jet, Mohave Green Turquoise and either Sugilite or Charoite (although the Silversmith does not share the specific stones used in designs such as this, it is our thought that this beautiful purple stone is either Sugilite or Charoite. I lean toward Charoite because of the crystal inclusion). The Turquoise used in this particular watch appears to possibly be Dry Creek; again the Silversmith does not share their stone selection but Dry Creek Turquoise has been a specialty of ours and this Turquoise does display its signature markings.
The Stone and Shell Inlay is encased in a wide stamped Sterling Silver setting. The watch tips measure approximately 1 1/4 inches by 5/8 inch. Truly one of a kind creation as Mr. Yazzie is constantly changing the layout design as well as stone and shell choice.
