The coral is a natural color, no dye. It is a sponge coral, also known as apple coral and it comes from the South China Sea, from an island off Vietnam. It is a fast growing coral, not an endangered species. The fishermen pull it up in there nets. Beads are cut and processed here in the United States.
The Native American feather is used to represent freedom, power, wisdom, honor, trust, strength, and much more. It was often given as a sign of respect and honor by chiefs or elders as a symbol of strength. Being given a feather of any kind was considered a gift.
