Beautiful light green natural Jade focal component on an adjustable burnt red Satin Cord with Sterling cord ends, Lobster Closure and extension chain.
Component is hand carved and will display some variances. It is approximately 1 13/16 is diameter (a little over 1 3/4 inch or 48mm). Cord can be removed and is also adjustable from 29 to 31 inches.
Jade is listed as the Mystical birthstone for the month of March and the birthstone for the Sun Sign Virgo. Jade may be given as a gem on the 12th 30th and 35th wedding anniversary.
Jade is the term applied to gem quality forms of jadeite and nephrite. These minerals are similar in appearance and a distinction between the two often was not made. But, because of its more intense color and translucency, jadeite now brings higher prices and is thought to be the true jade
